The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) and the United Nations Development Fund (UNDP) have launched the second edition of their Generation Unlimited Youth Challenge in partnership with the School of Leadership Foundation.

Universities around the world are melting pots of cultures, ideologies and varied opinions and the breeding grounds for debate on issues and challenges faced by the world at any given time. They are also key platforms for the youth to develop understanding of the world beyond the curricular and pedagogical perimeters as they provide various avenues for discussions, both in and out of classrooms.
The United Nation has said that there is still a considerable population of school-age children without access to schools and ‘zero progress’ has been made in the past decade to improve that situation.
