With the advent of widespread artificial intelligence the futurists are predicting both devastating and startling changes in education sector that will arise in next 20 years. While Al educational solutions are continuously improving the gaps in teaching and learning the market share of Al in US education will rise to 47.1% in 2021. One kind of another Al is all around us, all the time but now experts are working closely to aid teachers and educational institutions with Al machines that help students to learn easily. We may not be seeing humanoid robot teachers in our educational institutions right now but still education is among those industries where artificial intelligence is poised to make notable modifications. Our education institutions must prepare teachers and students to work in a future where Al is the reality. Conversely Al has changed education in many ways but experts strongly believe that within the next decade Al will shape and define the educational experience of the future. Here are some important changes that will come with the expected growth of AI in education sector[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]

Al ASSISTANT FOR TEACHERS

[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]McKinsey  Global Institute’s recent report concludes that half of today’s work activities will be automated by 2055. With the growing need of teacher role in today education its almost impossible for teachers to be available for students every time they need bit of extra help with a certain subject problem. Different students have different learning aptitude that’s why Al experts are working on developing Al tutor assistants who assist teachers to deliver lessons in a way that resonates with every child in the classroom. Decidedly there are various matters that can be solved only by a human tutor but still Al teaching assistant can eliminate daunting experience of seeing a tutor for simple issues. Some institutions already introduced artificial intelligence based tutors that are helping students for basic writing and mathematics learning programmes. These Al based teaching machines are not enough to help students in high order subjects and requirement of real-world human teachers is still there. However. with the rapid pace of Al based technological advancement in academia having robot teachers in classrooms is not a pipe dream. Education institutes must prepare themselves for an Al oriented learning system where Al robots help teachers with grading. marking attendance, checking assignments. generate new lessons, preparing lessons, making student evaluation reports, communication with students and many routine tasks. This will save significant amount of time for teachers and they can use this saved time for professional development or to interact with students.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]

AUTOMATIC Al BASED CLASS ROOMS

[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Today classrooms are anything but serene for teachers but in coming 20 years or so Al based class rooms will act as an extra pair of hands for teachers to make classroom a place with improved individualized learning. From preschool to post graduate college. these Al oriented classrooms aid teachers and students to avoid many mind-numbing tasks. These Al based classrooms will be equipped with virtual reality or  VR technology so that students learn about anything around globe without spending travelling cost and leaving the comfort of their classrooms. These classrooms will be accessible through cloud so that students who due to some reason cannot attend physically can learn without walls and boundaries. However, many optimists differ with the idea that one day Al will bring vital improvements to classrooms but many pessimists strongly believe with evidence that soon our classrooms will be equipped with artificial intelligence that not only monitor every child but the whole classroom with sensors and face recognition to improve adaptive learning.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]

CONCLUSION

[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]As we all know that Al is not the future it’s the present now and we should adopt Al if we don’t want to be replaced by Al We cannot say that Al is or will not change the teaching and learning we know today as it’s[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]

A latest report shows that ed-tech industry will reach to $93.76 billion by the end of 2020 and it’s important that students, teachers and educational institutes must prepare themselves to welcome more convenient and personalized academic world.

[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]impossible to name a single industry that has not been transformed by technology in near future. A latest report shows that ed-tech industry will reach to $93.76 billion by the end of 2020 and it’s important that students, teachers and educational institutes must prepare themselves to welcome more convenient and personalized academic world. Education sector might be slow as molasses to the adoption of Al. but the changes will soon reshape the learning styles as we know them today.
