Prof Dr Hassan Amir Shah, the incumbent Vice Chancellor of Government College University (GCU) Lahore, has moved the Lahore High Court (LHC) against the Selection Committee constituted by the Punjab Chief Minister for the appointment of Chairperson, Punjab Higher Education Commission (PHEC).
