A 15 year old boy from Texas,US, has reportedly died due to the effects of vaping, in what is being termed as the youngest vaping-related death in the US.

An awareness session on drug abuse was held at the New Senate Hall, the University of Agriculture Faisalabad on Wednesday. It was arranged by UAF Senior Tutor Office in collaboration with Rotary Club. Speakers at the seminar cautioned about increasing tobacco usage, resulting in the death of over 0.15 million people annually due to smoking-related diseases in Pakistan.
The Punjab government has decided to take various measures and launch a drive against drug abuse to save the younger generation from the menace of narcotics. In this regard, a special campaign would be launched in educational institutions to save them from narcotics and a committee has been constituted for the purpose.
