Acting Vice Chancellor of Jinnah Sindh Medical University, Professor Shahid Rasul met the Sindh Governor Imran Ismail alongwith the Registrar JSMU Dr Azam Khan, Principal Sindh Medical College-JSMU Professor Ghulam Sarwar Qureshi, Chairperson APPNA Institute of Public Health Professor Lubna Ansari Baig, Head of Pathology Professor Saadia Akram, and Director Finance Adil Rashid.
In the visit to the Governor’s House, the JSMU delegation apprised the Governor Ismail of the federal Higher Education Commission’s annual grant for the university and provincial admissions to private medical and dental colleges.
Governor Ismail, who is also the Chancellor of JSMU, granted permission to the University to hold its convocation.
