Fatima Bhutto urged India and Pakistan to engage in dialogue and avoid war, while sharing her views in a session on Sunday the last day of the Lahore Literary Festival (LLF) 2019. On the occasion she also launched her book ‘Runaways’.

Lahore Literary Festival 2019 begins
The three-day Lahore Literary Festival (LLF) began at Al Hamra Halls, Mall Road on Friday afternoon.
The festival has brought together academics, literary personalities, writers, poets, intellectual and leading personalities from the field of education, literature, art, culture and music.
The opening ceremony was followed by keynote address on the life and legacy of Faiz Ahmed Faiz by Zehra Nigah and introduction by Nasreen Rehman.
