KU neglects Covid-19 SOPs during BA and BSc exams

Sindh Professors and Lecturers Association in a statement has said that the examination department of the Karachi University did not provide facemask, hand sanitizers, and thermal guns at the examination centers where thousands of candidates were attempted BA and BSc annual exams.

The SPLA leaders said that the varsity administration has completely ignored the Covid-19 SOPs during exams. The examiners and candidates have no other apart from risking their lives to participate in the exams.

The KU should learn from the Board of Intermediate Education Karachi how to conduct exams with the compliance of Covid-19 SOPs. They demanded from Education Minister Syed Sardar Ali Shah and Secretary College Education Khalid Haider Shah to take notice and provide masks, sanitizers, and thermal guns at the examination centers for the safety of thousands of students.
