French higher education attaché visits Kinnaird College

Higher Education Attaché of the French Embassy in Pakistan visited Kinnaird College for Women (KC) in Lahore. Ms Sabine Vermillard visited Kinnaird college for women and met with Principal Dr Rukhsana David, Rizwan Anwar Executive Director of Centre for Learning and Cultural Development and Director Ms Maha Jamil.

During the meeting, the Higher Educational Attaché of the French Embassy talked with the executives of Kinnaird college about the possibility of increasing educational exchanges and strengthening the existing ties with French Varsities including the University of Catholique De Lille and other initiatives.

Ms Sabine also shared ideas about educational opportunities for Pakistani students to provide them facilities to engage with French universities. Sabine Congratulated the Kinnaird officials for the recent successful tour to the Erasmus + Week in Lille, France for establishing collaborations with French and European institutions.

They also discussed the upcoming educational activities, French Language Summer Camp at Kinnaird and Students Exchange Program with France and Faculty Engagement with French Institutes.

The Vision of Kinnaird is to be a Centre of Excellence for the education of women by offering academic programs of International Standards and engaging in research and service that supports development of new knowledge, ideas and social responsibility.
