PESHAWAR: Canadian High Commissioner Wendy Glamor said Canada is committed to achieving and advancing gender equality and women’s empowerment around the world.
The Canadian envoy met with Primary and Secondary Education Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Shahram Turki on Thursday.
She assured her commitment to girls’ education in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.

Wendy Glamor also thanked partners UNICEF Pakistan and UNDP Pakistan for supporting Canada’s efforts to promote girls’ education in Pakistan.
